The advisory is carried out in cooperation with ICEP.

Goal

Organisational development, stronger networking of vocational training centres with the private sector, exchange of know-how and increasing the quality of vocational training on site, as well as with long-standing ICEP partner organisations in Uganda.

Participants

Directly involved are 33 people (33 female and 18 male), indirectly involved 4.192 people (4.192 female and 1.965 male).

Advisor

Christine Angleitner studied International Development and Transcultural Communication and, after completing her studies, taught in a middle school in Vienna for two years through the NGO Teach For Austria. At the same time, and for two projects during her studies, she worked for the ICEP in Vienna.

Partner organisation - Institute for Small Business Initiatives (ISBI)

ISBI in Kenya aims to promote small businesses in and around Nairobi and has been a partner of ICEP since it was founded. In fact, ICEP was a co-founder of ISBI in 2004 and has been supporting in organisational development ever since.
