Within its Gender Equality Policy and Environmental & Climate Change Policy, horizont3000 commits to accompany local partner organisations to improve their structures, services and approaches in the respective areas. Previous phases of knowhow3000 have shown that local partner organisations still miss (analytical and operative) frameworks for more structured and effective organisational learning. Therefore, horizont3000 plans to work together with the partner organisations based on gender and environment/ climate change integration continua as frameworks, to identify specific needs, support and track progress of organisational learning in those thematic areas. Proven knowhow3000 tools, methods and activities still need to be communicated in a more systematic way to develop their full potential, therefore a learning and sharing guide will be developed. Furthermore, existing local knowledges and experiences fostering gender equality and gender mainstreaming are not yet fully and systematically taken up and shared, therefore strengthening and facilitating knowledge exchange will be essential.
