Directly involved are 264 people (200 female and 64 male), indirectly involved 150.000 people (112.000 female and 38.000 male).
Sébastien Cayol holds a Master's in History and International Relationship and has worked in Africa for more than 6 years as a project manager in youth empowerment, as a life-skills trainer and an advisor for NGO’s institutional development. He has accumulated expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning, grant writing or workshop design and training.
JOSSOAL (Jovens de SOALPO), a Mozambican NGO, was created in 2005 on the initiative of the workers of the local company TextAfrica to overcome oppression and gender inequality and improve the living conditions of women, girls and children in the province of Manica.
